Once the procedure is completed and your pet is discharged, Focus Veterinary Care will be available via email communication during the immediate recovery period at reasonable times. If additional hospitalization or services are needed, these may need to be performed by your regular veterinarian. If your pet requires 24hr hospitalization, they will need to be transferred by you to a 24hr care facility. However, the procedures we offer rarely require hospitalization overnight and are suited for at home recuperation, with the exception of cats with urethral blockages (“blocked cats”) which we do medical board for up to 5 days.
