At Focus Veterinary Care, our goal is to provide high-quality veterinary procedures at affordable prices, helping make essential care accessible to as many families as possible, regardless of financial circumstances.
To allow us to maintain our affordable pricing, payment is required within 24 hours of scheduling a procedure. For emergency or time-sensitive procedures, payment is required at the time of scheduling. As a low-cost veterinary provider, we are unable to offer free services for owned pets.
For certain life-threatening conditions, including gastrointestinal foreign bodies requiring exploratory surgery, pyometra, and urethral obstruction etc., limited short-term payment assistance may be available for procedures costing more than $1,000. Assistance is dependent upon the availability of our funds and your documentation demonstrating the ability to repay the amount financed. The majority of the procedure cost will still be required at the time of scheduling.
We strongly encourage families who need financial assistance to first explore available resources, including support from friends and family, before requesting a payment arrangement. Payment assistance is limited, is not guaranteed, and requesting assistance may delay scheduling of your pet’s procedure.
