Scheduling:
  1. Submit a request using our online form here.
  2. Prepay for the procedure within 24 hours of scheduling to secure your appointment.
  3. No shows or cancellations within three business days of the scheduled procedure will incur a cancellation fee.

Night Before:

  1. Do not feed your cat after midnight the night before the procedure. Water is ok.

Drop Off:

  1. Cats must be in standard and secure cat carriers. One cat per carrier.
  2. Drop off is between 8:00am and 8:30am.

We have limited parking. Pull into the semi-circle and follow the arrows, pulling all the way forward. This will enable others to pull in behind you.

Procedure:

  1. We will complete the procedure during the day.
  2. If we find that your cat has fleas, we will treat for fleas. This will incur an additional charge of $10.00 + tax.
  3. If you do not provide proof of at least 2 FVRCP vaccinations previously, your cat will be vaccinated for it. There is no additional charge.
  4. A small line will be tattooed near the incision site to indicate that your cat has been spayed/neutered.

Pick Up:

  1. Pick up is between 2:00pm and 4:30pm only.

A late fee of $25.00 is applied for pets picked up after 4:30pm.

After the Procedure:

  1. Follow the discharge instructions provided to you at pick up.
  2. You will receive your records via email.
  3. Provide the records to your regular veterinarian so that your pet’s records can be updated.
