Are you open 24 hours?2024-10-26T20:33:40+00:00

We are not a 24 hour emergency clinic.

If your needs cannot take place when we are open, we will do our best to try to accommodate you at another time. Availability is not guaranteed.

For our urgent care procedures, we keep the costs considerably lower than emergency clinics, but we are an alternative, not a substitute for 24-hour facilities. We do not offer 24-hour supervised care and your pet may be without supervision at times during the night or day if hospitalized. This is how we can offer a more affordable option.

How is Focus Veterinary Care less expensive than my veterinarian?2024-10-26T21:27:28+00:00
  1. Focus Veterinary Care is privately owned with a focus on facilitating reasonably priced veterinary procedures for the public and 501c3 rescue organizations. We highly utilize digital scheduling, management, and prepayment. By maintaining prepaid, flat rate, charges, we eliminate the large estimate ranges that delay service commitment. Our administration is small, and controlling the expenses experienced by larger corporations allows us to offer our services for less.
  2. We are only open to the public three days a week, which allows us to have a smaller staff. Urgent care is by individual arrangement and not always available.
  3. Similar to a human surgical center versus a human hospital, we limit our services to a specific focus – procedures and vaccinations.
